🔥 Big studio with CYC wall, 15ft ceilings , 1310 sqf 🌇Great soft natural light all day (windows are facing north) with Manhattan skyline view. 🚀Studio is located on the 3rd floor (freight elevator 24/7 upon request) 🌡HVAC system - you can control temperature in the space. 🪑Set of different chairs 🎥Basic equipment included, check list below 💧Sync inside the space 🌈Wide range of seamless backdrops - (not included) 🚇4 min walking from Jefferson Ave subway station (L-Train) - 15 min from Union Square. 🥐Great area - best coffee, pizza, groceries around. 🚗Easy to find place for a parking. Complete self-service! You will be provided with 2 access codes that will allow you to gain access to the studio. The first code will allow you to gain entry into the building. The second code will allow you to gain entry into the studio space and will only work during your scheduled booking times. Also after booking is confirmed you will get 2 video instructions - How to get in building and find studio space - How to use equipment 16ft ceilings and great light throughout the day with NYC skyline view. Painting the CYC wall white Fee is $100. If you need to use a freight elevator, please let me know a couple of days in advance so I can arrange it for you. You will need special instructions for the freight elevator. It might take up to 15 min to find the freight elevator. All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

the hall and equipment are wonderful, the owner is amazing and answers all questions, the only minus is the very dirty cyclorama, it was almost black

it was great if you need quick reply, but they don't have wifi on set, and if the elevator is occupied, you got nothing. Fairly price I will say.

Beautiful space, as pictured. The entry into the building is a little tricky, but the host sent all the information we needed to be able to get inside.
