Complete self-service! You will be provided with 2 access codes that will allow you to gain access to the studio. The first code will allow you to gain entry into the building. The second code will allow you to gain entry into the studio space and will only work during your scheduled booking times. Also after booking is confirmed you will get 2 video instructions - How to get into the building and find the studio space - How to use equipment 15ft ceilings and great light throughout the day with NYC skyline view. Panoramic View Great natural light all day (Windows facing north) 1310 sqf photo studio in Building CYC wall 22*20ft Ceiling Height 15ft You can control Heat & AC Please, let us know in advance if you need a fresh coat of paint. Painting the CYC wall white Fee is $100. If you need to use the freight elevator, please let me know a couple of days in advance so I can arrange it for you. You will be provided with special instructions and a special fob for the freight elevator. It might take up to 15 min to find the freight elevator. Fee for Freight Elevator access $5. Please add it in the Add-ons. - Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

It was a little bit complicated to find all the codes and instructions but we had a really good host that help us during all our shooting. The space was perfect, clean, and had everything we need.
