Our 1600 SQ ft downtown creative event space has been curated for creative individuals like yourself. The space is conveniently located in downtown Atlanta,GA right past Georgia State college, residing in the Old Fourth Ward less than half a mile from the attractive Atlanta Beltline and popular Krog Street Art district. Our spaces offers excellent visibility as many neighbors and college students walk past the building during their daily commutes. The space also offers great visibility for events such as art shows, pop-up shops and brand activations as it sits besides a 4 way intersection forcing travelers to look at the buildings current events. The space is designed as an open blank white canvas allowing event coordinators to be able to freely create events with no limitations. Our creative direction for the space includes intricate additions to make your event memorable. Amenities • Built In surround sound speakers that can be operated from your phone. • Two 50 Inch TV’s for event visuals and images • Color changing app operated LED lights that can be operated from the phone. With the touch of a button the lights can be turned any color of choice. (Track Light, TV’s, Chandelier, and Hallway lights can all be independently operated. • 140 Inch Project visual that projects on the backroom wall. • Prep Kitchen for Caterers during catered events. • Bathroom that features touch button LED vanity lighting perfect for your guests selfie photos. Week Day Pricing: Monday - Thursday $100 Per Hour Friday - Saturday Before 6PM $150 Per Hour | After 6PM $200 Per Hour Sunday $125 Per Hour New Years Eve Pricing Will Be $250 An Hour** Comes with (2) 8 Foot Tables, (2) 6 Foot Tables, (1) 4 Foot Table Chairs must be rented All bookings include a $65 cleaning fee which covers sweeping, mopping, and normal touch ups. ***White couches/sofas in pictures do not come with rental.*** Parking and Traveling The space offers FREE parking for guests in the attached parking garage. We are located less than a block away from the Atlanta Marta station making it convenient for guest to travel if they do not drive. The space also is located in the retail area of a 200 unit Apartment which gives us access to two parking garages where guest can park free of charge. Guest can also park on the street.
No smoking (cigarettes, marijuana, black and milds) allowed unless that event is sponsored by a brand demonstrating their product that involves smoking. Hookah is allowed Noise Ordinance: All DJ's must plugin to our built in speakers to control sound levels. We are in a multi-use building and have tenants that live above our space. DJ's cannot bring in outside speakers due to strong bass levels that travel through the building. Music must be shut down at midnight to comply with noise ordinance rules. Guests must comply with all the legal requirements in applicable jurisdictions obey all local, state, and federal laws and refrain from any behavior that results in illegal, discriminatory, or unethical actions.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

I would really love to give this place and the host a 10 star review. The space is simply beautiful! Very modern. You don’t even need to decorate much. So many spaces—the kitchen had a refrigerator and even a stove so we were able to keep our foods warm and drinks cool before the event. We didn’t hire a DJ because the place had a surround system where you could just connect your phone to its bluetooth. The host couldn’t have been more perfect. He helped us with EVERYTHING and didn’t leave until everything was set up. He even brought us tablecloths that matched with our rose gold theme—I don’t think anyone can beat this place in terms of space and host. Tony and his dad were super patient with us as I tried to get everything ready too! I just really want to say thank you again. The space was GORGEOUS and you were AWESOME, Tony. I am definitely going to book this place anytime I have an event. No one has this place beat. Tony’s communication skills were also A+++. Literally was always there to answer questions for me. So if you were still contemplating whether to book this place or not, here is your confirmation to book it! You won’t regret it I promise. Really huge space as well!

This venue is absolutely amazing! The pictures don’t do it justice! The white/clean chic background makes this place perfect for any event! I had my baby shower here with about 60 people in attendance and there was plenty of space. I couldn’t have imagined having a better venue for my Fresh Prince themed baby shower. My guests loved the space and how it complemented my decor. The owner Tony was amazing as well! He was so helpful and accommodating! He offers some custom lighting options and helped with audio/visual effects that was an added bonus. There was plenty of parking for all my guests and he even has some tables that come with the venue that serves as a great cost savings. I can’t say enough great things about this place! Def a must see for your next event! Schedule your tour ASAP bc I know this place is going to stay booked!

Tony followed through on everything discussed and did not leave until the event was fully functioning. Her also has other services and vendors to offer to make your planning easier.
