All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

900 square feet adjacent to Wright Bros. Brew & Brew, which serves killer coffee and has 40 taps of beer, wine, and cider. The space is perfect for pop-ups, happy hours, seminars, small concerts, and gatherings of most types. PA system with microphone and projector with screen available to rent. Beer, wine, and coffee is available for self-service in the space, or your guests can order directly from the Brew & Brew bar. WE HAVE SXSW AVAILABILITY (SPECIAL RATES APPLY) Reserved time must account for setup and breakdown.

Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Yes, I would book again.

The place is great and Jeremy was super helpful all the time! The only things is that sometimes the space get a bit noisy since we can hear the sounds from he cafe and the street. But overall it was a great experience, would book again for sure!

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! This location was even better than the photos. We hosted a team-building event in this space with 28 people. I was worried we would be crammed but there was plenty of space. I am definitely nowhere close to an event planner so they worked with me and Theresa was just a joy. She made everything SO easy, especially being able to contact her via text. The paid parking aspect made everyone come in with a sour attitude but it quickly changed once they got inside. Everyone loved it and had a blast! I will definitely host another event here in the future. PLUS those of us who were at a high stress level got to pop right over to the Brewery once everyone left!!

Yes, I would book again.

This was a great space! The room is super nice, the staff is AMAZING (and so helpful!), the coffee is delicious, and the location is great. We had two days of meetings/sessions here and while it was a tad loud at times, the room worked very well for our needs. Thanks a bunch to Brian and his crew!

Yes, I would book again.

We loved this space for our event and panel. It had plenty of room, and we appreciated being able to move the furniture as needed. We brought in our own food and Brian was able to play music in the space for us. Highly recommended!

Had a great experience from booking through the day of the event. Brian was an incredibly attentive and responsive host to our entire team. We hosted a Sales Kickoff for 30 people and it was a fun and comfortable space for our entire team. All were complimentary on the space and accommodations that were provided from video/audio, drink service, WiFi and power strips. Highly recommend!

Yes, I would book again.

What a great place for an event! We booked this venue for my daughter's 21st birthday party and couldn't be happier! Brian was outstanding. He had the place clean and ready to go. The atmosphere is excellent and the location is perfect! Everyone asked where we found this place. The service was great and very friendly. Brian is very helpful and super friendly. We will definitely use this place again and recommend it to all our friends

Yes, I would book again.

Brian and staff were incredibly helpful and thorough. The space was the perfect size and feel for our event- their house music was great, and honest to God, they had such a plethora of fantastic beer options and made a damn fine sandwich, too. We didn’t want to leave!
