About the Space
High ceilings and beautifully designed and natural lighting corner unit ground floor. Easy street parking. 2 entrances. One entrance opens into a reception area approx 12x15’. Second entrance opens into larger open space approx 700sf with phenomenal natural light. Additional two 10x10 private rooms and a bathroom. Ground floor with ADA entrance and ADA bathroom. Sonos system for music. Great for events, receptions, social gatherings, readings. Great for talks and workshops. Great for yoga or bodywork events or classes. Great for group sessions or meetings. Great for photo shoots and filming. We’ve hosted up to 50 people in the larger room for seated storytelling events and 70 for a reception/party without seating. The space includes 2 reception chairs and 8 folding chairs as well as a long window seat that can comfortably seat up to 8 people.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. This space is beautiful. I held a surprise proposal for my fiancé here and it was perfect! The high ceilings, lighting, and simple decor give off a nice minimalist aesthetic. And during the day you get a ton of natural light. The neighborhood is very safe and finding street parking isn’t too difficult. In addition, Aidan, who manages this space, is amazing. She’s incredibly responsive, instructions are super clear, and overall pleasant person to work with. I’d definitely consider hosting another event here!
