About the Space
Welcome to an artistic and rustic A-frame home with legendary rock n' roll history & stellar views! This is THE closest house to the iconic "HOLLYWOOD" sign! The home was built in 1963 and once owned by the 60's band The Association ("Cherish", "Windy", "Never My Love"). David Crosby was introduced to Graham Nash by Mama Cass (who also lived next door) at a party in this house. If you want everything shiny and new like The Four Seasons, you should book a room at The Four Seasons! Scroll through our photos and you will see this is a vintage house that was famously photographed by Linda McCartney's book "The Sixties" in 1967. The Chalet has an indoor/outdoor feel with fresh air and breezes from 4 various outdoor patios and balconies. Unless you look at the amazing views, you hardly know you are in Los Angeles. You cannot hear the sounds of the city at all. There are 4000 acres of incredible hiking and horseback riding in Griffith park right outside the front door. All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
