We rented Venture X on January 16, 2021 to have a baby shower for soon to come grandson. We had no complaints about anything! The young lady that manages the facility was wonderful and very thorough she explained everything and left nothing out! She was extremely accommodating! The venue open floor was spotless, the restrooms were spotless, the fridge was very clean as well! I will definitely have another event with them in the future!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When I rented the place I was told it would be clean. The building had a foul odor, not to mention when I arrive the owner was inside grabbing the trash him and his son and dog. I was told I would have the entire refrigerator to store my food, and that wasn’t true. The venue reached out to me today stating I owe them $50 because we taped something on the wall and it removed the paint. What a rip off. I didn’t sign a contract stating I would be charged for spot paint. I had a lot of friends ask me about this venue, I do not recommend. I’m outraged with the fact that they charged me for $50, not to mention how dirty the space was prior to me arriving to set up. I have pictures to show( the dog, and all the trash bags and tv box) We had to go buy candles to kill the smell. The sink was leaking, and their are no outlet available in the fowler of the venue. I will be sharing this review with other sites. I was inconvenient and very unhappy with the way things were handle. Pics coming
