All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

ABOUT 5,000 square foot studio space in Driftwood, TX. Five minutes from downtown Dripping Springs with easy access to Home Depot, HEB, and restaurants. Includes plenty of exterior parking, a roll up bay door that can accommodate any size truck, restroom, wardrobe room, lobby/meeting room, client loft, and small kitchenette area. Great for commercial productions and events. --- TECH SPECS 30x30x16' cyclorama wall. Can be painted chroma key colors (inquire for pricing). Pre-lit with Kino Flo fluorescents. Dedicated 400 amp power with pre-installed lunch box power distro. Available equipment includes: -10x c-stands -2x mombo combo stands -12x12' overhead frame (full grid, half grid, and hi lite) -8x8' overhead frame (full grid and half grid) -6x6' overhead frame (full grid and half grid) -2x open face 4x4' frames -Miscellaneous grip and electric (stingers, sand bags, mafers, cardellinis, etc.) -4x Fotodiox Radius 3 fixtures -2x Fotodiox RGB Radius 2 fixtures -2x bi-color 4' Quasar tubes More available upon request. Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
