Our space is a modern design warehouse and showroom by day and available for event rental space by night! Daytime rentals are available as well ;) Our 7000 sq ft space houses beautiful modern design furniture and artwork. The front side of the warehouse is nearly 3000 sq ft of usable space for events. Another 750 sq ft of usable space pours into the back half of the warehouse, where our second bathroom and pool table are located. All furniture is movable and *some* is rent-able for event staging. Our space includes beautiful original wood trussed ceilings and skylight, a bar area, a pool table parlor area, an amazing vintage sound system, and adjustable lighting. Also included are two private bathrooms and a prep kitchen area. We have a private parking lot which is usable for outdoor event space during certain hours. Offsite parking lots are nearby for event parking needs. 2 wide load-out roller doors are available for use. Our space would be ideal for art openings, photography shoots, launch parties,showers, filming, events, weddings or anything you can dream up! \ $400 required fee for moving furniture out of front space. BRING YOUR OWN FOOD AND DRINKS and curate your own event the way YOU want it! Our booking hours on Monday-Thursday & Sunday are 10am-12am and Friday-Saturday 10am-1am (Hard exit at 1am). All set up and tear down should occur during booked hours. Other amenities include: -2 Private restrooms -Filtered water -Fridge/Freezer -Sink -2-3 Assigned parking spaces (Depending on size of cars) NOTE: WE DO HAVE SPACE FOR A TACO/FOOD TRUCK IN OUR PRIVATE PARKING! :-) Our space is centrally located in Arts District of Downtown Los Angeles, just steps away from Everson Royce Bar, Tony's Saloon, Guerilla Tacos, House of Machines, Warner Music, and many more! Seated events: 75-125 people Standing events: 100-150 people

Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
