Courtesy to our Members and other guests: Rental events must be considerate of our members and their activities. We have the power to terminate any meeting disruptive to our operations. Any group asked to leave during an event because of violations of the rules, forfeits the rental fees and deposit. Equipment, supplies, or other products belonging to private groups may not be stored in the facility or on our property prior to or after the rental. We assume no responsibility for personal belongings. Refreshments must be prepared in advance. Our kitchens are not designated for guests cooking or preparation of food. Alcoholic beverages must have prior approval. Pets and animals are not permitted on the premises at any time. Per City ordinance, no smoking is allowed on our property.
