About the Space

We are located in the beautiful historic Soulard neighborhood. Our space has so much natural light and a large open floor plan! Gas fireplace, spiral staircase, 2 big bedrooms with barn slider windows that overlook the living space. Huge gourmet kitchen and 2 decks! Perfect for photoshoots, filming videos, cooking, yoga and dance classes, art gallery, bridal & baby showers. 20-30 people can comfortably fit. *SPECIAL NOTE : our weekends get booked with our overnight guests on Airbnb. This means if you are wanting to book for a Sunday, the earliest you would be able to arrive would be 3:00pm. Please let me know if you have any questions about Sunday rentals.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The host was responsive and easy to work with. I wasn't able to make my booking, and she was willing to allow me to reschedule to another date without issues. I can't wait to get to shoot here! It's a gorgeous space.
