Media shoots are considered to be photo or video shoots. --- ABOUT OUR SPACE Our 3,000 square foot space is located on the top floor of a commercial building in downtown crossing Boston. It features high ceilings, tons of natural light, an open floor plan and modern amenities/decor. Designed for the modern professional, it boasts a conference table that comfortably seats 12, 2 folding tables, 20 folding chairs, a seating area with couches & chairs for up to 12, a professional projector, a sound system for music, free wireless and workspace, and a kitchen - that would make for a memorable meeting or offsite. Furniture can be moved as long as the request is made prior to booking & it's done with the help of our staff member(s). Any/all furniture must be restored to its original condition at the conclusion of the rental. Fees for reconfiguring the space are based on the nature of the request. Pianos in the main room can be moved for an additional fee of $50. If the studio is not restored to its original condition there will be a $100 inconvenience fee assessed. Any/all furniture must be moved by our staff and with advance notice. --- PERMITTED USAGE We've hosted: -Company meetings -Presentations -Conferences Our guests appreciate how dynamic, unique, and beautiful our space is. There's no other like it. Please note - a company party is considered an event & should be booked through the link provided above. --- PRICING: Off peak hours start at $99 per hour for offsites at our space. Price varies based on the # of people that will be in attendance and the day/time of your rental request. Rentals are cheaper during off peak hours which are: Mondays - Fridays before 3PM Saturdays after 1PM Sundays all day There is a 2 hour minimum for all rentals. The standard cleaning fee for an offsite is $50. However, should your shoot require more extensive clean up (more than 15 minutes of our staff's time prior to and after your rental) or should you not restore the studio to its original condition, you will be assessed a $100 inconvenience fee. Should you start your meeting start late, you will not be granted additional time. If your rental exceeds your scheduled end time, you will be charged to the nearest half hour for that time & it must be approved by the staff more than 2 hours in advance. Should you exceed your rental time and not be granted that additional time, you will be charged a $100 inconvenience fee in addition to the additional time incurred at the hourly rate. --- LOCATION: We are located at 33 West Street in Downtown Boston surrounded by all major public transportation options. There is commercial parking directly in front of our building as well as an abundance of parking lots/garages surrounding our space. --- STAFF: You will be assigned a dedicated site manager to care for you & your team throughout the duration of your meeting. They will be present for the entirety of the time you rent our space to help you with anything you're needing or have questions on. Should they not be present, you'll have their phone # to contact them at anytime in case you need anything. --- PRIVACY NOTICE: There is 24/7 audio & video surveillance in our studio. --- POLICIES: All parties must fully agree & comply with a complete list of our space policies prior to their rental.

Great looking space for our video interview! Only thing I would say would be that a table was unexpectedly in our shot and moving it there on the spot would have been a challenge. I know the listing does mention to ask in advance about moving furniture, but would be nice to just have a few more pictures of the space so we know in advance what exactly we may need to request to move in advance.
