Centrally located in the heart of Orange County, right across Main Place Mall (Off the 5 and 22 Freeways), this versatile space has it all. Please note, the 2nd and 3rd floors are not wheelchair accessible, and there is no elevator. ๐ ๐ฌ Ground floor: Ideal for staging, equipment storage, or setting up a pop-up retail store. ๐ฌ 2nd floor: The primary shooting area for all your creative needs (not wheelchair accessible). ๐ฌ 3rd floor bonus room: A versatile space for additional photoshoots, video shoots, podcasts, or a dressing room (subject to availability, by request only; not wheelchair accessible). ๐ป๐ High-speed Wi-Fi on all 3 floors, a projector, and two backdrops for photoshoots (black and grey) are at your disposal. Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation

Perhaps a bit of a drive from the main conference area, but worth the effort! Adrienne was absolutely a great host - trusting, communicative and easy to work with. Thank you!

Overall the space was fine. It was a little misleading with the listing photos and so many big empty spaces being shown that are only available by special request. It would have been helpful for each image to be indicated if it was part of the regular booking or not. It left us with limited space to shoot.

Two words - Top Notch! The location was lovely, and the way the loft is decorated helped to boost our creativity. We'll definitely be back!

We hosted a team retreat and loved the space. There are three levels, two of which guests have access to. The first floor has a couch, round table with chairs (and podcasting equipment), and a desk with a computer. It worked well for a smaller breakout space. The second floor is the main floor with a kitchen, dining room table, and living room (pictures were accurate). I recommend bringing your own ice/cooler as guests do not have access to utilize the refrigerator. There is no longer a tea kettle. The coffee maker was not available, however the host offered fresh coffee from one of the local shops to our group. Overall we would highly recommend!
