The unique design of our facility allows us the ability to provide a safe and inviting environment no matter what your event is. By correctly sizing your event against appropriate social distancing guidelines, maintaining a policy of only ONE EVENT per day, we can create together an environment that is inviting and yet safe. Key features beyond amenities listed in next section: - 3 Monitors provide complete Audio/Video and multimedia services - Ample parking on grounds and street including 4 EV stations - Custom 12' table - portable - provides abundant options for use based on event - Automotive warehouse provides extended use capacity - Provide chairs and tables to seat up to 60 people. More can be rented for a fee - On-site event coordinator to manage all special needs from food to entertainment. AVAILABLE FOR FRIDAY AND SATURDAYS ONLY. HOURS ARE 6:00PM - 10:30PM. We provide 1 hour pre-event set-up and 1 hour post-event take down. Additional hours may be acquired through pre-approval process. For options with food and drink or any other requirements to satisfy meeting/events needs we have an event planner available to facilitate all potential add-ons.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
