About the Space 14685 sqft Tuscan mansion on one flat acre of manicured, fenced and gated garden. It is an ideal venue for parties, receptions, networking events, corporate dinners, off-sites/retreats, and more. Although this space is ideal for grand events of several hundred people, events with under 25 people are preferred. Main house features available to event: - Three levels connected by an elevator - Dance studio with powder room, balcony, sectional sofas and marble floor - Grand-sized recreation room, dining room, living room, family room and many large indoor and outdoor spaces for entertainment - Gourmet kitchen with butler area, pantry, and cookware -- 2000-bottle wine cellar with two bar tables and french door to a private terrance with a fountain and draped with grape vines - Fitness center with exercising equipments, mirrored wall and resting area - Fine furnitures at every turn Outdoor features available to event: - Distinct stones on front driveway were ballast on ships coming to San Francisco - Italian imported windows, doors and antique roof tiles - Pool house with a small kitchen, a washer, and a full bath - Large pool, a separate outdoor spa, and cabana - Large courtyard connected to great room and living room - Vineyard terrance with fountain - Patio furnitures, chaises, vast terrance with cabana, 8-people dining table and a 4-people dining table - Large shaded area under several hundred-year-old heritage oak trees - Fenced and gated yard, level lawn, mature landscape - Security gates with intercom and surveillance cameras

I love(d) this space and so did my guests. The pictures don't do it enough justice. It is so spacious and beautiful. Having any sort of event is tricky with Covid but this space has lots of ample outdoor (and indoor) space that allows you to maintain social distancing (as needed) and still have a great time. Vanessa was also great to work with and patiently let us tour the space a few times before the event!

One of the best individuals that I’ve worked with in planning a small intimate wedding for my sister. We knew as soon as we saw this beautiful property we had to utilize it some how! Talking to the wonder Vanessa was one of the easiest things to do. She’s so professional! Vanessa goes up and beyond for her beautiful property. She truly knows how to keep her beautiful home up to date so having beautiful events here can be a breeze. Planning and communicating to execute the small event for my sister here was a breeze. She made the entire experience for my parents, myself, and my guests one that we can not ever forget.
