All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Housed inside a high-design shared workspace, our bright, modern, and flexible event space can accommodate up to 150 seated or 300 standing guests, but can just as easily be configured to create an intimate atmosphere for smaller gatherings. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame one of the best views in all of Philadelphia, saturating the space with natural light and keeping your guests energized and inspired. A 120"mobile projection screen and rolling 60" flat panel display are available to showcase your presentations, sponsor logos, and other content, while dual Bose PA systems and Shure microphones provide top-tier sound reinforcement for any audio playback or live spoken remarks. Our courteous staff will provide technical support and concierge-level assistance throughout your event. Just steps away from SEPTA Suburban Station, City Hall, the Pennsylvania Convention Center, and countless dining and hotel options, our location offers the ultimate in convenience and accessibility. Our space has hosted cocktail parties, lectures, networking events, pitch competitions, silent auctions, panel discussions, training sessions, and more. Book an hour, an evening, or a full week; our space is available 24/7. Different from executive office suites and other co-working spaces, Pipeline is a purpose-built environment that provides our guests with a variety of areas to focus, collaborate, learn or socialize at any given time. By re-imagining the traditional workspace, we give our guests the greatest opportunities for productivity and success.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. No, I would not book again.
The space was nice and modern, however we were not anticipating the lack of privacy. Because other people using the space had access to the adjacent kitchen throughout the day, we had random people coming in and out and doing stuff like heating up lunches in the microwave. If we had use for a communal space like this in the future, we would book again, but for the purpose of this meeting, this space was not quite what we needed.

I could not be more pleased with the decision to book this space. From the staff in the building to the staff of the suite, truly remarkable and kind. The space was a perfect fit for our guests to mingle, enjoy the modern concepts and view the city skyline. Josh was extremely informative and helpful. He stayed in contact and provided assistance every step of the way. I would highly recommend this space.

AMAZING!!!!! Great space-- we used it for a cocktail party for our grad school program. Josh was amazing and super communicative, and Matt stayed with our guests the entire time. The team is helpful, reasonable and willing to accommodate everyone. The space is also super versatile and beautiful. Highly recommend!
