All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
PERFECT for photoshoots. This light-flooded brownstone has 15' high ceilings with tall windows and marble fireplace. It has beautiful origonal plaster moldings, 2 Wood Burning Marble Fireplaces, custom designed built in bookshelves, pickled white hard wood floors throughout, a fabulously designed galley kitchen, entertainers DREAM living room and 1 HUGE Bedroom with gigantic bay window, fireplace and unbelievable details. There is also a small office on the first floor availble to rent as well for an extra fee.
