Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. The home is even more spectacular in person. Hosts were always accessible, helpful and flexible. We used for a music video, but it's great for both film productions and events

This was an amazing location with many rooms and spaces to shoot. The doors in the living room were able to completely open and give a wide space and depth from the inside to the outisde. There was plenty of street parking and plenty of space for cars to park on the driveway. Nilik and Serj were extremely helpful and friendly while we were shooting. If we needed any assistance they helped out right away. The backyard is huge with plenty of room to set up work stations, mini sets ETC. I would definitely book this location again.

The host was very responsive to an extent. The space was somewhat appeared as advertised. However, we were not allowed to use any appliances in the kitchen. That meant no access to refrigerators, microwave, oven and stove top. We were having a 30th birthday party and you can imagine that you would need to keep some items refrigerated. We Requested refrigerator space they allowed use of an old rundown refrigerator located outdoors which was completely full and left us with no room. Instead of freezer use we were given 3 small ice chests. Prior to booking we seen the place in person host showed us around the indoor/outdoor space we were sold. Then they tried changing it by not giving us no indoor access but argued with them and got partial indoor use. They allowed us of 2 bathrooms in which we needed to provide our own toilet paper and hand towels. We were dealing with the host Nilik but, then her husband seemed to be the one you do all the communicating with. We informed them we would be having a 30th birthday party with a Dj. Throughout the night the husband would come down ask guests to ask the dj to lower the music. He texted numerous times we turned the music down multiple times. He would stand over his balcony looking down at the party. You would think to let the neighbors know music will be playing prior to the party to avoid complaints. Overall the experience wasn’t the best especially for the price you pay. The venue is amazing though.

Our shoot at Nilik's house was great. We were warmly welcomed and well taken care of. We had plenty of space for wardrobe and vanities and loved the clean lines of the space. We'd love to shoot there again.
