About the Space

This exquisite 3000 sq ft creative space across from Dennis Hopper compound in Venice evokes the best of artist gallery living. Designed by a famous artist Chuck Arnoldi, open floor plan with soaring 16’ ceilings, ideal for photo and film shoots, pop-ups, seminars and product launches. The main room is over 1200 sq.ft, with finished concrete and maple floors throughout, plus another two 600 and 400 sq.ft outdoor spaces, a gourmet kitchen with high-end stainless steel appliances, and floor to ceiling windows which saturate the space with natural light. 1200sq.ft room can hold up to 60 people comfortably. It is great for shoots, art exhibit, fundraisers, readings, pop-up sales, promotions, openings, launches and special events. The space holds an overhead lighting set for art display if needed. 1 assigned parking space in available at side entrance. Plenty of unrestricted street parking out front. Entrance via gated entrance on Indiana between 4th and Hampton. Secure environment, street level loading-in/out. Large bathroom/wardrobe change space. If you are in need of a production crew and/or talent. Owner is a producer/director and is available upon request with extensive list of resources. Please Note: All booking start and end times are inclusive of load-in and strike time, so please include that in your reservation. Overtime: If your production runs past your booked time, you will be charged time and 1/2 per Peerspace policy. Owner will be on premises. Can be available to assist you throughout the production. Master Bedroom Off limits, unless previously approved. Furniture can only be moved by host's approval. Nails, tape, pushpins, clamps, etc. should not be used on any walls, doors, beam, or woodwork unless previously approved. Any use of fake blood, confetti, glitter, feather will insure additional cleaning fees. Anything relating to fire (smoking, candles, etc.) is not allowed unless previously approved. Renter accept full responsibility for any damages to the property incurred during the time of renter's booking as a result of Renter's production. We ask that your stay within the boundaries of the property and do not disturb neighbors. Please do not flush anything down toilet other than toilet paper. Do not use dishes unless previously approved. $150 fee for lost keys. Please leave the space in condition that you found it. That means all small items and large furniture must be returned. It's easiest to take photos on your phone to remember where all the small objects go. Thank you in advance for following the house rules.
