Located just ten minutes east of downtown Redmond and nestled among thirty tranquil acres of beautiful forest and a nature reserve pond, the Emerald Forest provides a stunning backdrop for memorable and unique events. Couples may entertain up to a maximum of thirty guests (thirty-five including vendors) for their wedding/elopement. Choose from various ceremony locations throughout the property, including the stage, the theater platform, or find a special spot in the forest – there are many to choose from! Amenities • Outdoor Theater with a capacity of up to 35 persons depending on the configuration • 16’ Outdoor Movie Screen & Projector. The projector is suitable for daytime viewing • Stage - 16’x 13’ ground-level stage between the theater and the screen • Yurt - 24’ (450 sq ft) • Tipi - 14’ diameter • Gazebo - 10’x 10’ • Live Edge Pine Table In the Gazebo - 10’ x 3’ • Barbeque • Two Firepits • Zipline supplies in/out - Maximum of six bins (2’ x 3’ x 1.5’) for heavier items • Restrooms • Venue Concierge/Attendant • Attendant on-site for the entire event • Movie projector up to two hours included • Access to our inventory of tables and chairs • The rental period includes load-in, set-up, clean-up, and load-out time. Additional Information • No catering or vendor restrictions, you may choose your own. We highly recommend they visit the venue prior to commitment. • Beer/wine/champagne only. No general service of hard liquor. • No glassware for drinks due to the difficulty of cleaning up breakage. • Depending on your set up, you may use the luxury treehouse, yurt, or tipi as Bridal and Groom Suites. • Proof of event/liability insurance required as well as banquet permit when applicable • Amplified music curfew of 10 pm (firm). • Noise/sound from the forest travels very far due to the large pond. Music volumes should be at appropriate levels. Louder volumes are ok for short periods of time (~5 minutes) but otherwise should be at normal levels. • All clean-up must be completed by the end of the event time period and garbage removed unless garbage disposal is paid for. • Access to the site is via an easy 10-minute forest trail and/or 700’ zipline for special guests, such as the bride and groom or guests that cannot walk the trail. Due to the unique location, we are in not an ADA accessible venue. • Parking near the forest and treehouse is available for the bride, groom, and vendors with a limit of no more than ten cars. Guests will need to use the park and ride three minutes away and shuttle to the trailhead. • We can reserve a date for seven days after which a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to lock it in. * Fun fact! Because of its unique beauty, the forest was chosen to film the opening credits shown on the last several seasons of Treehouse Masters. The Emerald Forest is also home to the Emerald Forest Theater built by Pete Nelson in 2018 and featured on a full episode of Treehouse Masters*.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Well, I am not sure what to say other than this was a great experience from booking to completion for our miniscule video shoot. Scott & Jenni were incredibly responsive. Scott even worked out another project using the property, so that both of us were able to use what we desired to. And ziplining in and out of the location with people & equipment was a hoot. I look forward to going back in the future to see a play or do another shoot. Thank you Scott & Jenni!!!
