My space is a 1,200+ square foot industrial loft event space that is intimate enough for baby showers, dinner parties, birthday celebrations and bridal showers yet big enough for mixers, workshops, team meetings, photo shoots and more. It has a host of amenities including free wifi, bluetooth speaker, a sofa, two sofa chairs, folding tables and chairs, and a kitchen. The space can comfortably fit 50 people standing and 35 seated. The price includes the use of 3 rectangular folding tables (that sit 8 each) and 30 folding chairs. The space is located centrally located in Midtown Atlanta, right off Howell Mill Road. It is wheelchair accessible. There are several parking spaces in front of the building, as well as, a large parking lot available for your use slightly past the building. If you are looking for a place to host a small yet impressive event, this is the place for you.
There is a large parking lot that can fit at least 40 cars that is a slight walk from the entrance to the space. The parking is free in the lot.
The space is not ideal for children. If you are planning to have children, please let me know so that we can see if the space will be a good fit for your event. Your event should happen within the loft space. The hallway outside of the loft space cannot be utilized for your event. The door to the event space must remain closed unless otherwise agreed upon. No candles, fires or open flames allowed. There is a $30 confetti clean up fee if confetti is used within the space at all. This is a drug free and non-smoking facility at all times. Be sure to schedule enough time to accommodate running late, event set up and clean up. If your session runs over your scheduled rental period, you will automatically be charged for the next hour. A representative Light. team member will be on site during your entire event to ensure everything is running smoothly. We take no responsibility for personal effects and possessions left on premises during or after any event. We reserve the right to photograph, videotape, and post any images taken during the progression of events hosted at Light. Outside catering is permitted. Client is responsible for all food and beverage needs, unless otherwise agreed upon prior to event. No cooking allowed on site. Client is responsible for clearing all leftover materials and trash during and after the event.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Aliya is the BEST! I hosted a Valentine’s Day event in her space and she was amazing! The communication was great. She responded very quickly to my request to view the space. Any questions I had were answered in a timely manner and efficiently. She and her assistant were so helpful. The day of the event she made sure there was someone directing my guests to parking and into the space, which added an extra element of professionalism to my day. She made me look good! There aren’t enough adjectives to describe how amazing and accommodating Aliya was for my 30th birthday party. She made the entire process a complete breeze. Her level of communication and professionalism is exceptional. I hosted my 30th birthday party with roughly 55 guest. I had a food area, full bar, greenery backdrop, uplighting, over 1000 balloons and more and my guest still had enough room to dance, mix and mingle. This space was very open and light, and check-in instructions were a breeze. Free street parking was simple, and it was easy for participants to find. Everything was great about the space. I was able to bring my complete vision to life within this space. I will book this space again!!!

From start to finish, the Aliya was a professional and very timely in her responses. I booked the space for my baby shower and it was perfect! We had about 32 guests - and there was more than enough space to accommodate everyone - without even having to expand to the upstairs loft area. The space had a lot of natural light, sound insulation (we had a DJ), great flow for the food station, and tables/chairs. It was exactly as advertised - parking was limited in the front of the building, but there was plenty of parking at the next entrance. Aliya made sure there was a gate attendant present at all times to make sure my guests could access the party in the gated area. Very pleased with everything!
