- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space
Our Clubhouse is a 2,00sqft creative studio composed of styled vignettes, a unique collection of props, white brick walls, moveable backdrops, 20' ceilings, a garage door for indoor outdoor space, ample parking and industrial surroundings. Need something specific, browse our inventory or notify us ahead of time about your needs/ vision and we will do our best to have it ready before you arrive! It's the perfect place for photoshoots, and creative collaborations! Blocks away from breweries, restaurants, and coffee shops! ** HOLIDAY MINIS AT THE CLUBHOUSE ** Holidays at the clubhouse run from November 1st - December 20th Prices during the holidays include: - 3 styled holiday vignettes - A designated lounge for clients to wait/ place their belongings. - A staff member onsite to help answer any questions, welcome you upon arrival and clean / disinfect between bookings. - Please feel free to bring additional props, snacks or beverages if desired. - Photos represent past vignettes, we will post current photos as soon as possible ( end of October) follow @stylesociety.rent for updated and sneak peaks. Our space is available for: - Photo shoots - Creative collaborations **Not available to private parties** Prices include: - Use of space. - One onsite staff member. - Access to our available inventory. - Restrooms - Client / guest lounge Note: * we do not have air conditioning, we have a garage door and large fans to help keep things cool * well behaved pets are allowed in the studio, but not on furniture. * our vignettes change frequently. Very nice and accommodating. I would consider booking again. This was my first space I've used, so I don't have much to compare it with, but I had a good time and enjoyed the setup.

Very pleasant experience! It was pretty cold in the clubhouse when we arrived, and the host was kind enough to increase the heat and provide space heaters. Beautiful space and I can't wait to rent it out again!
