After every shoot the surfaces are cleaned and disinfected.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Modern house perfect for video and photoshoots. Spacious with stylish furniture and art. House has also a couple of different themed spaces including ; pool/games room, library room/classic rustic office, piano area. Two master bedroom available. Also a large back area with pool/barbecue and fountain. IN HOUSE Grip/Electric truck available at a DISCOUNT when renting with the house! Please message for further details and list of equipment available.

General Rules

Smoking is not allowed inside house. Not allowed to move the piano. If needed to bring pets please let me know in advance and why. No alcohol allowed. Master bedroom not always available ask in advance if you need to shoot and we will let you know if available or not. Shooting outside in front of house is not allowed unless you pull a film permit. There will always will be a side rep on location.

Nudity is allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
