About the Space
Our front space is highly visible to the main street of Washington Ave conveniently located in North Loop. This is a versatile space that can be used for a variety of professional events and celebrations. From pop-ups to birthday parties, our studio is a great place to host your event. We will work closely with you to provide any information needed and make your experience a huge success. We also offer professional planning and coordination services for an additional cost. *Minimum of 5 hours. Capacity: Able to seat 50 in chairs and 60+ standing room only. - Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This space was absolutely fantastic for my photoshoot with a group of dancers. There were plenty of space and seating for the dancer’s moms to sit and for the dancers to keep their stuff. Everyone loved having Spyhouse Coffee right next door. The host was extremely helpful and had great communication. The backdrops are very convenient to switch out, so we got a nice variety of photos!!

Beautiful space! Booked for a headshot session and it was the perfect, simple, clean lined and versatile space and exactly what I was looking for. The natural light with the massive windows make it so easy to shoot! The space has a lot of angles for some variety of backgrounds on top of the solid backdrops offered which was super ideal. Steve was great to work with - very accommodating and quick with responses! Definitely recommend. Thanks Honest!
