About the Space

Come and host your meeting in a gut-renovated Brooklyn brownstone owned by renowned world-travelling songwriter who has collected unique and beautiful memorabilia and paintings from the diaspora. Home and host recently featured on Open House New York and Traditional Home Magazine. Scrumptious options for lunch and dinners are within ten minutes walk ranging in cuisines from Thai to Italian to Caribbean to Modern American fare. 10 minutes walk from the B, Q, C and 2-3 trains. Dining room seating for 8. Great room seating for 20. Beautiful kitchen with coffeemaker and Poland Spring water machine. Recent guests have included Grammy-winning recording artist Solange and her management team and brands such as Fresh Direct and Flim 45 for day-long summits.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Gordon's place is amazing! We had such a memorable time there. Gordon loves his house and takes care of it carefully. We fully respected that. That's why we were able to enjoy such a beautiful property for our special event. Highly recommend this unique place!

This was my second time doing a video shoot at Love Song and both experiences were great. Everything is as looks in the photos. Sound was good for interviews and Gordon was very responsive and helpful in answering our pre-pro questions. Looking forward to shooting there again one day.
