Home and host recently featured on Open House New York and Traditional Home Magazine. Scrumptious options for lunch and dinners are within ten minutes walk ranging in cuisines from Thai to Italian to Caribbean to Modern American fare. 10 minutes walk from the B, Q, C and 2-3 trains. Dining room seating for 8. Great room seating for 20. Beautiful kitchen with coffeemaker and Poland Spring water machine. The space was really nice as was the outdoor patio/garden. It was cloudy and rainy the day we shot so it was a little limited on natural light, but otherwise it's a beautiful space. Gordon was also very easy to communicate with.
