Our space is a content creator studio located in the historic Hyattsville's Arts District. We are only a 5 minute drive for DC are a great option for your small events, like workshops, coaching sessions, launches and pop-ups. No more than 15 people should be in the space during rentals. Use of our backyard comes with the space when rented. Use of the front patio must be approved by management in advance. Amazing space!! We were able to accomplish everything we needed with the amazing variety of props and furniture in the space. The host was super responsive! The only downside was that the floors were pretty dirty and we needed to sweep for quite a while so I would just leave extra time for that or request to have the floor cleaned beforehand :)
