We offer full venue buyouts or three separate private spaces on 2 floors. Can accomodate parties of 10-300 guests. Everyone loves a holiday party with Christmas decor galore. Conveniently located in the heart of Wrigley just steps away from the iconic Wrigley Field. Metered street parking and Red Line. Seated guests: 150

- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The manager on duty and security were super friendly and helpful. The space is large with clean bathrooms. When asking if we can lower the lights, move tables/chairs, turn off TVs, etc the staff accommodated all our requests. The amount of prep/set up time they give you is also a plus!!

Pros: The host was very responsive and helpful. We rented a small room on the second floor for about 50 people, it had a curtain to block off the room which was great! Music was a combination of christmas music and regular music. It was a fun time, plenty of space for everyone, and drinks were as expensive as the heart of Wrigley would be. Cons: We walked in 30 min late and a bartender asked me if I did not want to use the room even though I had already paid and booked it. For $100 an hour the room was a little pricey but it served its purpose well.
