About the Space

Please note that there is a 4 hour minimum. Modern home and perfect in-city retreat with spacious brand new construction conveniently located in NE Portland just a few blocks from the NePO 42nd neighborhood and other hot spots. We'd love to host your next photo shoot, magazine shoot, product shoot, video shoot and more! The house features an open floor plan on the lower level including a six-foot Petrof grand piano, two covered outdoor seating areas each with their own gas fireplace, a six-person hot tub, and an outdoor kitchen with a new gas grill and two-tap kegerator. The open gourmet kitchen features new Viking appliances, large dining table perfect for dinner parties, original art and tasteful modern furniture throughout. The garage was recently remodeled and now has a cork floor, mood lighting, a massive 200" screen/projector, a one-of-a-kind art piano, and this being Portland, a stripper pole. The house is equipped with a SONOS sound system so you can easily play your own music from your mobile device.

The space was absolutely gorgeous! It has the most peaceful vibe with all of the plants, the indoor and outdoor options, and beautiful artwork. Rob was available by phone and in person throughout our time and was very gracious, welcoming, and flexible. Our group of 10 felt very comfortable with the ability to spread out in many areas. Definitely recommend this listing! Thank you Rob and Rae!

This space was so great! We booked for a half-day of coworking space, and everyone who attended was thoroughly amused and delighted by Rob & Rae's place. This space surpassed my wildest expectations. It certainly looks like the photos, but it’s so much more stunning in person. The host was responsive and very warm, pleasant and accommodating. This home has so many amazing spots to shoot photos. Every direction has excellent potential. We got more photos than we knew what to do with after 4 hours and we probably could have even gotten a few more. The decorations are so unique-it gives every space it’s own ambiance. I felt that we were able to get so many different themes out of this booking. Outstandingly good value. Don’t pass this one up, I can’t imagine anything could beat it. Just WOW.
