All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
We welcome a variety of events in our space: Birthday parties Photo shoots Podcast recording Meditation retreats Rehearsal dinners Surprise parties & much more. We have a standing capacity of 65 (empty) and a seated capacity of 45. We have 6 counter height large rolling tables (74"x42") and plenty of stools. The space is open, so for a private event, you would need to rent the whole space. We also offer semi-private table rentals - please contact us for details. Our location on Main St in Stanwood makes parking and directions very easy. There are a number of restaurants on our block, serving burgers, Thai, Chinese and Polish food. There is also a bar with pull tabs and bar food (no kids) and a wine bar. There are a couple of clothing and vintage shops, a tea house, cupcake and ice cream parlor and a nail salon.

There are two parking spaces in the alley behind our building - there is a back entrance there, that makes it easy to load in any event supplies. We've even had food trucks back there! We are on Main Street, which offers angled parking spots. There is a large parking lot (over 100 cars) one block away at the train station.
General Rules
There is no smoking allowed inside our building
Outside food and drinks may be brought with written permission.
Only service animals, please.
No loud music after 11pm.
Furniture can only be moved by the host upon request.
Trash should be placed in the bins and the host will take care of the rest.
Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors.
All rentals include set up and teardown time. Please inquire for details about staffing.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
