About the Space

Enjoy our contemporary home just minutes away from several of Northeast Portland's best neighborhoods - Alberta, Beaumont, and NePO42. The house features an open floor plan on the lower level including a six-foot Petrof grand piano, two covered outdoor seating areas each with their own gas fireplace, a six-person hot tub, and an outdoor kitchen with a new gas grill and two-tap kegerator. The open gourmet kitchen features new Viking appliances, large dining table perfect for dinner parties, original art and tasteful modern furniture throughout. The garage was recently remodeled and now has a cork floor, mood lighting, a massive 200" screen/projector, a one-of-a-kind art piano, and this being Portland, a stripper pole. The house is equipped with a SONOS sound system so you can easily play your own music from your mobile device.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer

Rob was an incredible host. Responsive, listing was accurate, he was so hospitable and easy to work with. We would absolutely recommend booking this beautiful home. Our broll (archival documentary shoot) looks beautiful!

No, I would not book again.

Rob was always responsive, helpful, and friendly. The team loved the plants and the outdoor decor. Some of the decors took us by surprise because our work culture is slightly more conservative, but I will recommend the place for birthday celebrations.

Rob and Rae were great hosts. The space was fantastic. The outdoor area in the back was a perfect place to celebrate and connect for our group. Great amenities and well cared for. This space had so many well thought out details to make our our time there comfortable and enjoyable!

Rob's place was a great location for my team to host our first co-working day. We scored a beautiful portland day and were able to enjoy the variety of outdoor and indoor amenities from the fire pit to ping pong table. The added flair and personal touches throughout the space made for a great afternoon! Rob was a great host and we would definitely come back again.
