Feel free to bring any additional lighting or mic equipment. Our space is quiet and free of distracting noise that can ruin your sound quality. COVID 19 UPDATE June 1, 2021: ****************************** In order to keep everyone who enters our office and rental space safe, all guests must wear a mask in the common areas including hallways and restrooms. It is highly encouraged that all guests wear a mask in the rental space as well. We are limiting the total number of guests to 15. This includes the guest, speaker, assistants, and attendees. All others must wait outside off the property to prevent loitering. There is a park and a shopping center nearby. Please practice social distancing to include 6 feet away from others not in your immediate circles. Snack type items are allowed including individually wrapped snack bars or bags. Individual beverage bottles such as water, soda, or juice bottles are allowed. NO OTHER FOOD ITEMS ARE ALLOWED. At this time, there is only access to one restroom which is shared with other tenants and clients of the suite. In order to keep our rates low, staff members are not available throughout your rental time. Staff may be onsite though occupied with other tasks or meetings. You will be provided a contact number for a staff member in case you need anything. If you would like a staff member present during your rental time and who is available to assist during your rental time, there is an additional fee of $15/hour. We look forward to hosting you and thank you for your cooperation while we strive to keep everyone as safe as possible. ****************************** Conveniently located to I-85, I-285, and Midtown, this spacious event room is connected to a holistic healing practice including mental health therapists. The room is ideal for a professional workshop or lecture, business meeting, networking event, group therapy, or yoga/meditation class. The room is 17'1 x 28'6 that can hold up to 30 participants plus the 5 additional people including the host, speaker, or staff members. The rental rate includes 30 conference-style chairs, 5 folding tables, and a mounted TV (only HDMI cord provided). Guests also have access to two, gender-neutral restrooms. Parking is free and abundant after 3 pm most weekdays and on the weekend. The grounds also include a ramp or stair access. Full weekend options are available. Please message for more details. Please note there is a $50 cleaning fee. If you book multiple times in one booking, each time frame accrues a cleaning fee to allow us to clean if others use the room in between your bookings.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
