  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

New construction 4 bedroom, designer furnished located in the Golden Hills neighborhood - where the cities of Manhattan, Hermosa and Redondo Beach meet. There is a lot of natural light surrounding you in spacious rooms with high ceilings and tall doors. Open concept kitchen, dining area and living room. Large Master Suite with soaring ceilings, cozy fireplace, large walk-in closet and balcony. 3 other bedrooms and large private rooftop deck. Large and clean garage for staging and setup of equipment. Private outdoor fenced yard with patio and grassy area. Street to street lot with ample free guest parking. Close to beaches, shopping and schools.

Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Yes, I would book again.

The space was lovely. Lots of bright and open spaces which was perfect for our shoot. Also, Lisa and her husband were great host.
