All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

This space is the perfect space for Company Luncheons (you would need to provide the catering) There is a fully functioning Kitchen available for use. Could be used for baby showers, birthday parties, off site brainstorming to get out of the office. Wifi is provided. On the other side of this apartment is a filming site for Walking Dead. We are located in Grantville, GA 30 Minutes from the Atlanta Airport. We are about 20 Minutes north of Lagrange, GA and 20 Minutes from the Bullsboro exit in Newnan, GA. The Space can comfortably fit 10-15 and more if additional chairs are put out. There is a flight of stairs to go up.
