Beautiful, Rustic Outdoor Venue 10 Miles away from Downtown SD!

This venue was absolutely stunning! My husband and I rented this space for our small and intimate wedding of about 35-40 people and it was perfect. The pictures really don’t do the property justice. In the spring, the flowers are in full bloom and there is so much life and color in every inch of this backyard. There are so many different areas to use of the backyard and could be used for a variety of events. And Koko is just as wonderful and as beautiful as her property. She was so extremely helpful in accommodating all of our ideas for our special day and is one of the sweetest humans you’ll meet. The venue was great, but having a host that goes above and beyond for the guests makes this property rental perfect. I wish I could give Koko and her venue more than 5 stars. Thank you so much!!

I had my wedding ceremony with Koko’s space and it was so beautiful and we had a wonderful experience! Koko communicated with me right away from the beginning to the end! She is very nice and open! The pictures absolutely do not do justice to how beautiful and spacious the space is! Was pleased with how everything turned out and working with Koko!

The space is lovely and perfect for large events. We held a memorial service here, and it worked out very well. You get a great value for the price. Our only concern was that we were told a kitchen would be available for heating up food. When the day of the funeral arrived, we were surprised to find that the lady in charge would not allow us to use the kitchen after all. So the food was served cold. Not the end of the world, but definitely a surprise and not at all what we expected.

For all who are even considering renting this space- DO IT! We found Koko's lovely space here on peerspace and since day 1 when we messaged her about it, she has been incredibly helpful and understanding. Between financial issues, decor, and planning a wedding ceremony from 2 states away, Koko was with us the entire way and did all she could so that our wedding day here could be special. And let me tell you, this venue is GORGEOUS!!! With a beautiful view atop a hill, a slight breeze, the immaculate garden which is so neatly kept, and just the overall ambiance, along with Koko's event expertise and help, our wedding day could not have been more special and perfect. If you are looking for the perfect venue for your event with the most flexible and helpful venue owner, then look no further! My now husband and I owe the success of our small backyard wedding all to Koko!!!

Koko was so amazing she quickly accommodated my family and I for my sisters Repass. She was so attentive and made sure we were comfortable. Her place is SO BEAUTIFUL & looks exactly as the pictures. She even provided a pink fabric for the Arch. She was super professional and responded quickly. & I would book her again immediately!!! Thank you so much Koko !!! We appreciate you !

Space was beautiful! Many different options for photoshoots / productions looking to get a variety of looks in! Host was very accommodating and communicative.

This was an amazing space. I shot a wedding themed film and it was the perfect setting. Everything appeared as advertised. Ms. KoKo is a phenomenal host. She went the extra mile to make sure everything went as planned. The space was VERY clean. I recommend to any and everyone. Thank you again Ms. KoKo.
