Our office has a modern 14-person conference room to rent. Fully equipped for your meeting needs. Space Details: • Fast Wifi (multi-channel) • Extra large conference room w/ 14+ chairs • Wall-to-wall whiteboards • Massive AV screen and projector. • Apple TV's to broadcast presentations. The space itself is open and impressive. We receive compliments from all new clients! We always offer a beverage to any guest (including beer, wine, spirits, etc) and we brew Maci's LaVazza coffee on the daily (plus a backup supply of organic pods and lots of tea). We have two private bathrooms, a kitchen to share, El Dorado water service, shredding, copying/printing, etc. The neighborhood!!! LoHi is on trend. Tons of restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. Walk to Williams & Graham for a cocktail, no problem. Hop on a scooter and zip across the bridge to Platt Street and Union Station. This location is better than ideal, it's perfect! Parking is usually fine during the day. Lots open on the street and we'll show you a few secrets to parking when you see the space.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
