Our space is a modern, lux and contemporary creative events venue rental in the heart of the University area. We are designed for small weddings, corporate meetings, baby showers, conferences, classes, workshops, office space rental, Popup shops and more!! Our space boast of bright colors in our great room and relaxed atmosphere in our intimate co-working lounge. Our space has a stage, platform to feature and loads of natural light with amenities including our specialty coffee and posh pastry dessert bar. We are minutes from UNCC, hotels and hwy 85. Trash/Cleaning: Renter shall remove all personal property, trash, and other items that were not present in the venue when Renter took control of it. All trash should be bagged and taken to the trash receptacle in the front parking area. Alcohol/Beverages: The sale or consumption of alcoholic beverages is prohibited unless the Renter, Event Caterer or the Event Sponsor has or obtained a liquor license from the NC Department of Commerce. When alcohol is involved, the Renter shall comply with all liquor laws and regulations. Smoking/Drug Free: Smoking or use of any tobacco product is not allowed inside The Posh Lofts or any entrance, exit or any area, immediately adjacent to the event center. A designated area outside is located at the entrance of the courtyard staircase. The use or possession of any illegal drugs or substances is strictly prohibited. Guest insurance required if alcohol is involved - www.theeventhelper.com Possession of Firearms or Weapons: Possession of any firearms, weapons or ordinance is prohibited in our space, unless the person is a law enforcement officer authorized to carry weapons at the time of the event. This can include a security officer hired for events by ua Decorations: Candles may be used with prior approval of our administration and must be dripless type. Glitter, Confetti, Sand or any substance that causes litter or debris inside or outside the building or on the grounds is prohibited. Tape and adhesives, must be approved by our administration. No pens, tacks, nails or any other puncturing devices are allowed. Unruly Behavior & Accessive noise Failure to comply with security or management request, accessive noise, fowl language, violation of rule and regulations or unruly behavior may result in the renters removal from the premesis and or contacting law enforcement agencies. Catering: We can offer a preferred caterers list or the Renter can use their own approved, licensed caterer for their event. All caters must provide us license information, website, email and contact number. We are not liable for any food storage, food incidents, catering related accidents. The Renter is the responsible party for all food services provided. We are not responsible for any damage or delays caused by catering company. Renter: Will be liable for any physical damages, legal actions, and/or loss of reputation or business opportunities that Owner may incur as a consequence of the actions of Renter or any of Renter’s guests while Renter is in control of the venue, and shall indemnify and hold harmless the Owner against any and all legal actions which may arise from Renter’s use of the venue. Any disputes arising under this contract shall be adjudicated in the Owner’s local jurisdiction. In witness of their understanding of and agreement to the terms and conditions herein contained, the parties affix their signatures below.
Ages 21 and older
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
