This is an open, creative, energetic space located in a storefront space in a walkable village area. The Urban Loft like environment includes all of the amenities to serve an array of events from team meetings, workshops, seminars, training, book signings, small off-site conferences, photoshoots/filmings, pop-up shops, and endless opportunities in between. The 1100 street-level light-filled space features large conference table, comfortable seating area, "dining room" seating, kitchenette with microwave, toaster oven, full-sized refrigerator, sink/dishwasher area and small service area suitable for small catering. AV Display for audio and visual presentations and sound system for streaming or recorded music. Professional art gallery installation features a rotating display of community art. We have had events with as many as 100 people attending an art show and up to 50 people for a presentation (rented chairs are necessary and not provided). We can provide seating for about 20 people. Most of our furniture is easily moved into endless configurations to suit the event. Montrose Shopping Village features easy access to abundant and free parking, cool restaurants, coffee shops, and catering services. Montrose provides an oasis just outside Glendale, Pasadena or Downtown LA and is easily accessed from the 2 and 210 freeways. We are most available for events during late afternoons, evenings and weekends.
