All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
The Studio: Enter the AIR CONDITIONED 1200 sq ft studio through a cozy lobby that has a couch, fridge stocked with water and a microwave. The shooting area accommodates both studio and natural light shoots. The Private Makeup area has a large countertop, mirror w/lights, and two rolling racks. Two paper rolls are always stocked with Super White and Fashion Grey papers and an assortment of other colors and sizes available for the portable stands. If you need any other colors, B&C camera is about a mile away! The large warehouse garage door opens up to gorgeous north facing natural light. A variety of color drops are available for your use! A Post Production countertop is available with an external monitor for client viewing. A wide range of equipment for both photo and video are available. No, I would not book again.
Levi was polite and welcoming. His space was large enough for the shoot I had in mind. My only gripe was that Levi didn't inform me there was electricity problems until after I arrived. I was without electricity for around 30-45 minutes, which wasn't particularly problematic as I brought my own lights with batteries. We opened the space to let natural light in however this also made it hot as there was no A/C until the power came back on. These are not Levi's fault, but he did seem to arrive just before our scheduled time. I think the space and location are great, however the situation made my shoot much more stressful than I was expecting.

Fantastic studio! The location was great and has parking. I loved being able to have the backdrops and ones to pick from. Levi is fantastic and I woul drecomned this space to anyone needing a studio for a photoshoot!
