Smoking is not allowed (non smoking building) outside food can be brought in with your own utensils as well as plates/cups. No alcohol, any drugs is permitted. When renting the space the price is include the rooftop access as well. If need to use the pool you must follow the pool guidelines and be respectful. There will be myself or someone I trust there at all times. You are not to touch the artwork.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
More privet events and photo shoots will work in my space. It is a one bedroom apartment with access to a beautiful rooftop where you can see the whole city. There is a pool as well as a jacuzzi. Inside the apartment all walls have murals and space is filled with art. Space is in between sunset and Hollywood, few blocks from the world famous Runyon Canyon. Two blocks down there is the 24hr Ralph’s and many more great restaurants. I have one one gated parking spot and easy street parking as well. I believe about 10 people can fit in my space comfortably.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
