Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable masks
  • Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

The Vision Room is a fully equipped photo studio/creative work space for photographers, videographers, designers, artist, writers and entrepreneurs. This studio is a beautiful 1,200 sq ft space with 12.5 foot ceilings. We have light coming from one side of the studio through 3 very large north facing windows. Soft indirect sunlight is available all day long. The space does receive some direct sunlight. The studio has had different props inside to create perfect visuals used in music videos and photo shoots, so anything you can envision can come true for your special event or project. The Vision Room space is also great for any intimate event especially corporate events. The Freight elevator is available to bring equipment up to the space to create the perfect environment for your event or project. Travelling to the studio is super easy! The studio is located right next to the NJ PATH (Journal Square) train station. The buses 1, 119, 125, and 2 also travels to the studio located on Van Wagenen. Can easily be found by most major highways. Perks: White walls, Hair and Makeup Station with Vanity, 1 Clothing Rack, Steamer, All color backdrops are included. Additional INFO: - 2 shared restrooms accessible in hallway. - We are not a sound studio! Although we host plenty of sound recorded productions, we cannot guarantee zero noise. Ambient sounds may be picked up when recording in our studio.

Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Amazing location ! It comes with gear to use. The space allows you to set up different backdrops or build a mini set. The team who run the studio are also hands on and helpful, and kinda acted as PAs.

Thank you Jasmine and Khadijah for everything. You guys truly stepped in and became my fairy godmothers real quick. You guys including your makeup artist really saved my event and made it successful. The space is so dope and clean and you guys have top notch professionalism. I can’t wait until I have another event. Thank you again.
