All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Our Sydney conference room is a perfect space for board meetings, presentations, staff off-sites or retreats, brown bags, and more! You'll love the big windows, natural lighting, as well as a large kitchen and sitting area outside the room for breakouts, side conversations, and catering. The space can hold 16 boardroom-style, and a few more classroom/lecture-style and has screens in the front and back of the room so everyone can see what's going on! Setup is flexible and chairs/tables are on wheels so easy to re-assemble if needed. Our prices are all-inclusive and tax-exempt, so there will be no other charges or hidden fees. The room features: A/V, flat screens, wireless videoconferencing and presentation, whiteboards, flipcharts, and markers are included (we even have a coffeemaker, icemaker, and a selection of teas and hot water!)

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
