In addition to loss of security deposit for damage to property or theft, if we notice signs of smoking indoors, we'll use the deposit to clean. Additional house rules include:
QUIET after 10 PM, even on WEEKENDS- If a guest or neighbor complains to us about unreasonable noise coming from your unit after 10pm and you are informed and do not comply, a minimum fine of $100 will be applied based on the length of non-compliance.
NO PARTIES
NO SMOKING inside the house. Smoking outdoors ONLY and far away from any entrances and exits of the building so the smell doesnt linger inside. $500 fine if there has been smoking inside the house, (cigarettes or marijuana).
No unapproved guests
No staining of towels, sheets, etc either by makeup, mascara or other products.
Shake out/brush off shoes and debris outside.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

With a walkup entrance and easy access uncovered paved driveway the home is very welcoming. Large front facing windows allow for lots of natural light to enter the home.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
