Eclectic Brooklyn Historic Event Space

Located in a historic Park Slope brownstone, this true Brooklyn space is perfect for your next intimate event or get together. It features approximately 1000 square feet of open space with exposed bricks, antique fixtures and beautifully curated furniture. The space provides a versatile setting for: * Baby Showers * Birthday Parties * Anniversary Parties * Bridal Showers * Bachelorette Parties * Filming * Photo Shoots * Meetings * Dinners * Other private events The space comfortably seats 6 people for a sit down dinner and up to 30 people standing for a cocktail event. To maximize on seating, renters may bring additional tables and chairs. Renters are required to set up, clean up and return the space to it's original condition. All setup and breakdown time needed must be included in the booking charge. We do not provide speakers of any kind. Renters can bring a portable speaker. However, LOUD MUSIC is NOT ALLOWED. DJ's are NOT ALLOWED. Rents are expected to be respectful of neighbors and keep noise at a reasonable level at all times. Renters will have access to the kitchen, living and dining room areas and a shared bathroom. Please note there is no access to the backyard or any other part of the house. There are cameras monitoring all egresses. If these terms are violated, we will charge a fee for breach of contract.
