I only rent the ground floor which is around 1200 square feet. Because this is an open floor plan, the ground floor of the house works really well for meetings, meetups, cocktail parties, lunches, and team building events. The kitchen is open to the dining which makes it an easy spot for cooking demos and catering. There is a large deck off the dining room that can act a second dining or lounge area. There is an office space off the dining area which is another great spot for meetings. My home is super easy to get to, loads of street parking and a couple of great coffee shops a block or two away. The home was designed by Jonathan Feldman Architecture and has many unique details such as streaming skylights down the stairs into the living/kitchen areas, a wall of glass in the office area. It's a very spacious feeling space. I've hosted team building events with 15 colleagues, meals with 20 seated friends and another dozen standing as well as meetups with 25 guests. The office table has 4 chairs but can accommodate a total of 8.
