About the Space
Amazing views of San Francisco Bay extending from San Jose to San Francisco and Oakland. 2-bedroom/2 bath home - views from the living room, bedroom, and front yard with lawn, seating, and firepit. Property has an adjacent building with a 2-bedroom upstairs full apartment and separate downstairs studio and bath - all with great views that can be made available. The main home has a large open kitchen/dining area leading to the living room with a wonderful view. Living room seats 8 comfortably. The dining area seats 4-8. The combined dining and living room area can accommodate 20 guests comfortably. Ceilings are 8 ft. high. Outdoor seating spaces on view lawn can seat 12 comfortably. Firepit with seating located in front of lawn area with a commanding view. Seating space for 4-6 people with an umbrella provides shaded space on sunny days as well as an adjacent front porch area that runs the length of the living room at the front of the house.
