This listing includes numerous beautiful, unique spaces. Great for your next company meeting, party, photo shoot, video shoot, cooking classes, and much more! The Tasting room/Meeting room has a long table that can seat 14 comfortably, but more chairs can easily be added around the room. The room contains a large T.V. on the wall with HDMI connectors, that can connect to any laptop for presentations or slide shows. The lobby has a couch (seats 4), a sofa chair, and round table (seats 4, but again more chairs can be added). Our lobby also has another large flat screen T.V on the wall with HDMI connectors. We have a small patio area with a long L-shaped couch (seats about 8 to 10 comfortably), a small table (seats 4), a big industrial sliding door that can be opened up for fresh air and natural lighting, and a huge glass window that looks into our beautiful kitchen. Our spacious industrial kitchen has 4 convection ovens, a 6 burner stove top, both a flat top and regular grill, and 2 fryers. It also features a large industrial walk-in freezer and 2 walk-in refrigerators. The kitchen area is cleaned and sanitized daily by our staff. Additional information/charges/amenities: Renting more than one area at a time, can be added for an additional fee. Any advance scouting visits should be booked through the app and will incur a one hour charge. Tablecloths, linens, silverware, & plates are available for an additional fee, ask for details. Complimentary water, soda, coffee, tea will be provided for any of your events. High speed WiFi is available in all areas There are 3 restrooms available in the building PLEASE NOTE: Any meals, beverages, alcohol you would like to have catered are welcome, although we are happy to provide our catering services for an additional charge.
