All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.

Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

We have a farmhouse in La Grange Texas and 130 acres of grassland, ponds, two 100 plus year old barns and outbuilding. It is about 90 miles west of Houston. The farmhouse is an old homesteader cabin and it is very authentic. The barn near the house is a 100 year old red barn with the tin roof and there is another tin barn at the bottom of one of the fields. Both the house and the barns are very picturesque and would be perfect for a film, photo or movie shoot. The grounds around the house are beautiful and could be used for an outdoor reception or event. There is plenty of parking, but we have no catering facilities. That would have to be taken care of off site. We have cows on the property that can be contained away from the house and barns if needed.

General Rules

I'd prefer there was no smoking in the house or the barns. There is a lot of outdoor space and as long as the cigarettes are properly disposed of smoking is permitted

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
