Each renter assumes responsibility for returning the space to a good state before they leave. If you are serving food or alcohol, there is an $80 cleaning fee added to the rental. All lights, air conditioner, heater, fans and electrical equipment must be turned off. Please, no glitter.
Each renter assumes responsibility for the security of the space during each rental period. Renters are required to return the space to a secure state upon leaving by locking all exterior doors.
Meter and street parking is available in the neighborhood, and Metro buses serve the area. Free parking is based on availability and is not guaranteed.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Inviting art gallery space or retail pop-up on Wilshire Blvd. in Brentwood. Killer location near popular restaurants, bars and bakeries. The space is 750 square feet with white walls and ten 10' X 4' magnetic panels for art display, hardwood floors, ceiling fans, and track lighting. There’s over 80 linear feet of exhibition space, a carpeted office section, private bathroom and outdoor covered patio in the back. Ample street parking in the evenings and a small private lot provide plenty of guest parking for events. Available art exhibition services includes fine art printing, plus brochures and postcards printing from our in-house studio. Art installation and framing are also available.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
