From photoshoots and film productions to intimate gatherings and offsite meetings, this is the perfect location to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Nestled on 1.2 acres, this space has 22ft ceilings with wood and porcelain tile flooring and beautiful windows letting in tons of natural light. Location: Located in the beautiful subdivision of Riverwalk in Porter, TX, the location is just 26 miles from downtown, Houston. Spaces include: -Entry Foyer with fireplace looking into the living room -The living room looks out to the backyard. Living room doors can be opened to extend the outside in -Kitchen -Dining room -Game room -Front/Back yard

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. The hosts were very helpful and professional. We used this space to shoot a music video for the artist's "Bokee Barbs." The girls felt comfortable because they had a private room for outfit changes. Ms. Sean (with permission) allowed us to move furniture in order to get the best angles for the shoot. If you are looking for a luxurious setup. Look no further than the Vaughn Family Home!
