All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
High-Tech meeting room located near 45th street on Beaverton Hillsdale Highway. It has full amenities. Service includes on-site I.T. support, digital whiteboard, wireless projector, and even a telepresence robot. We can print & bind your presentation documents saving you time and money. Light refreshments provided, and many local catering options available. We will help you to ensure your meeting or presentation is a success. Perfect space for training, classes, seminars, presentations, workshops, discussions, speaker panels, and creative brainstorms.

Parking description
Ample parking with over 60 spots service our facility. these are divided into 3 lots and not always visible. Street parking in front of the building is available as well as a small lot on the east side. There is a west parking area behind the building with the entrance ramp on the west side. There is also an upper parking lot that accesses the rear entry on Martha street. Should we require additional parking for any large event, there is additional parking one block to the east of the facility.
General Rules
* keep it safe at all times
* not too loud during business hours.
* Decorations must be limited to those items which can stand on the floor or a table, and which conform to fire regulations.
* Nothing may be attached to walls or ceilings of the meeting room other than walls designed for displays. Items may not be left on walls.
* Minors under the age of eighteen (18) may use the meeting room with one adult supervisor, who is at least twenty-one (21) years of age, for each six (6) minors, who will assume complete responsibility for the activities in and condition of the premises.

I honestly can not say enough good things about Greg and his space! He was not only incredibly accommodating and responsive leading up to our event, but he was also so incredible in helping us when an emergency led to a last minute reschedule! He truly went above and beyond, and was such an incredible host. If you're looking for a space in the Portland area look no further! Would give him 10 stars if I could :) THANK YOU GREG!
